In Painting Memories, you'll be focused on a child evolution, knowing his everyday-life advendures through his dreams. You'll be able to select items in his recent memories to create, paint, his long time memory. Influencing the flow of his life.
I worked on this GDD within the scope of an exam, the instructions was to do a 17 pages document covering a GDD + a dissertation + a portefolio. The theme was "La Jetée" a movie produced by Chris Marker in 1962.

What did I do?

As a Game & Level Designer

  • analysing "La Jetée" to get the experience provided by the film
  • thinking about several game concepts and chosing the most relevant one
  • writing all the Game Design Document in english then translating it in french
  • writing scenario

  • writing characters personnalities and roles
